Wonderful experience! My brakes were sounding bad, and I needed to get them checked. Problem was, I work an hour away, it was a Friday, AND I had an obligation at 5:45. They said that if I could get there by 4:30, they could make it happen...and they did!!!! I even received a handwritten thank you note in the mail a week later! I will trust my car to Crook's for all my service needs. You should too!
